Shopping FAQ’s

Our website carries a limited representation of items from our store. We enjoy changing our assortment of products available online as frequently as possible. If what you see on our website isn’t what you’re looking for, please phone (610-624-5010) or email us and we’ll do our best to help you find what you need.

Please call our store if you would like to order five or more of a single item.

Your privacy is very important to us. We value your trust and will not share you information with any outside party. We will not contact you unless you choose to have additional information sent to you. We do not retain your credit card information. Please review our Privacy Policy for further information.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances which prevent us from filling your order, we want to be certain to be able to contact you as quickly as possible to let you know. We will not share this information with anyone and will not contact you for any other reason unless you ask us to.

We use PayPal for all online transactions. If your Paypal account is unverified, we may contact you to confirm your order before it is shipped. You DO Not need a Paypal account, select pay with credit card when you get to the Paypal page.

If you choose to phone in your order, we will accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.

We do not accept personal checks for online or telephone purchases.

We work to ship out merchandise within 3 business days of receiving your order. Most orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail shipping which takes 1 – 3 days to reach most locations. If you need to receive your order faster (overnight shipping), please call us at 610-624-5010.

We are a non-profit and a small organization. We hope purchases are made carefully so that our customers are happy when they receive their order. Things do sometimes happen where an order may not be exactly as expected. If you are not pleased with your purchase we hope you’ll return the item(s). Yes, your order is returnable if it’s received in saleable condition. Worn or used items are not returnable. Books whose backs are broken are not returnable.

Items with damaged packages are returnable but may be charged a 25% restocking fee if the packaging is not reusable. Returns are accepted up to 30 days after your order has been shipped to you. All returns must be sent postage paid.

The Encampment Store is not responsible for shipping charges for returned merchandise. All returns must include a copy of your original receipt and must include a note to tell us if you’d like an exchange or a refund. Refunds will be made on the credit card used for the original purchase. Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt by The Encampment Store.
